Dave graduated from Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Biology and Chemistry, which led him into the healthcare field where we worked for 10 years at AstraZeneca in various sales and marketing roles. He then spent four years as a consultant with Global Sales and Marketing Solutions, working on marketing and budgeting strategies for healthcare facilities. Dave is the Sales and Marketing Director and a founding partner of 4th-IR. For over twenty years, Dave has worked extensively in national sales management, marketing, project management and various leadership roles. Dave is the owner and CEO of Downtown Restaurant Investments (DRI), the President/Owner of Facilities Management Consultants International and the President/Owner of DLR Development, a design-to-build solutions firm working extensively with the healthcare industry. With 20 years entrepreneurial experience in fields including healthcare, food service and hospitality, design-to-build projects and more, Dave enjoys the challenge that comes with start-ups and finding solutions for clients.

Dr. Lee graduated from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in 1993 and has been in practice for 25 years. He completed a residency at United States Army Medical Center. Dr. Lee also specializes in Cardiology (Cardiovascular Disease) and Internal Medicine. He currently practices at Bay Regional Medical Center and is affiliated with McLaren Bay Region Main Campus, Northern Michigan Regional Hospital, and McLaren Regional Medical Center. Dr. Lee is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Lee also practices at McLaren Bay Heart & Vascular in Midland, MI.

He has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience, leading teams and implementing financial systems and analytics across multiple industries. Upon graduation, he worked in public accounting firm serving over 80 clients from audits, tax and compilations. He also spent several years with EDS supporting the engineering workstation support teams and call center teams on a global basis for both Delphi and GM. Scott has supported sales organizations in the plastic industry, driving metric and sales performance. He spent 12 years supporting an ad-sales division for Comcast Cable as Director of FP&A, leading all metrics, forecasting and budgeting processes for $500M in revenue and $375M in cash flow. He enjoys working with operations and sales organizations to driven revenue and profit any team he supports.

Ryan joined A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, in 2000 while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Saginaw Valley State University, which he completed in 2003, and shortly thereafter he attained his securities registrations. Ryan holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist Designation (SM) awarded by the College for Financial Planning. In 2007, Ryan was awarded the prestigious Albert Gallatin award. The award is name after A.G. Edwards' founder, Albert Gallatin Edwards, and given to the top graduates of the Edwards' Training Program. Ryan is often asked to travel back to St. Louis to speak to current trainees.

After joining DLR Development in 2014 he has helped facilitate the successful construction of various types of projects including medical facilities, hospitality and multi-family housing.

His charitable interest in the Home Depot Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, The Gary Sinise Foundation, All Our Kids and Siempre Para los Ninos childrens home in Tijuana, Mexico.

The Great Lakes Bay Regional Wellness Alliance is a nonprofit corporation organized to educate the public on subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community and to instruct individuals for the purpose of improving or developing their capabilities.
We further our purposes under this program by promoting health and wellness education. We are passionate about providing patients with education about diseases that can improve outcomes through prevention or early detection. We look at innovative means and partnerships and provide those tools to patients in all demographic areas.
